01 — Philosophy
Construction is a design problem before it is a site problem.
Most of what determines whether a project runs well is settled before anyone arrives on site. We work at that end of the process as deliberately as we work at the other.
Three Stars Building Pty Ltd is a licensed building company delivering design management, project management and construction across residential, commercial and retail work. Its director holds the building licence and stays across each project personally.
We take on work where the detail matters and where the client wants one party accountable for both the documentation and the build. That structure removes the gap where most cost and programme problems begin — the space between what was designed and what can actually be constructed.
02 — Approach
How we work.
Craftsmanship
Trades are selected for the standard of their work and held to the detail. Set-out is checked before it is covered, not after.
Project management
Programmes are built from the trade sequence up, procurement runs ahead of site, and progress is reported against the plan honestly.
Quality assurance
Inspection points are set at each stage. Defects are identified during construction rather than collected at the end.
Direct communication
One point of contact who knows the project. Questions are answered by the person who can actually resolve them.

Three Stars Building is run by its director rather than handed to a contract administrator. The same person who coordinates the design early on makes the decisions on site that determine the finished quality — so questions are answered by someone who can actually resolve them.
